Stationary Terminals

Stationary devices are often used at cash desks where speed and reliability are important. Empty batteries or failed WiFi cannot cause any damage here.

Benefits
Permanently installed, stationary devices are extremely reliable and often connected to a cash register. There are various ECR-interfaces available.
Features
Stationary devices often still work under Linux and are therefore usually cheaper than Android-based mobile terminals.
The Newland P300 is an exceptional multi-lane terminal. The PIN pad is very wide so that even big hands have no problem entering the PIN. The display is 12.7 cm in landscape mode. The P300 is easy to mount on pedestals; it is connected via a multi-function cable.
The CCV Nexus Pad A35 is a classic PIN pad that was developed for connection to cash register systems. It has a large display in portrait mode and a PIN pad with large function keys. All readers are installed: contactless, chip and magnetic strip. In addition to the girocard, all international schemes as well as diesel and fleet cards can be processed.
The CCV Base Next is a very reliable, stationary terminal for quick payments at the POS, which are supported by the integrated printer. With the contactless reader right at the head of the terminal, the customer always has an overview of their amount and the transaction on the large color display. Thanks to the WLAN module and the single-cable solution, the CCV Base Next can be integrated easily and in a space-saving manner at any cash desk. The terminal is PCI 6.x certified. Girocard, credit cards, diesel and fleet cards are processed.
The Verifone V400 is a state-of-the-art, user-friendly payment terminal with a large touchscreen, powerful hardware and versatile connectivity options. It was developed for demanding retail environments and supports a wide range of payment methods.

Unattended Terminals

Unattended terminals are permanently installed and connected to an unattended machine and its control system. There are variants for indoor and outdoor use, with and without a PIN-Pad to enter the PIN number, only contactless as well as with chip and magnetic stripe readers.

mobile terminals

Mobile terminals are powered by a battery and are connected to the Internet via WLAN and/or mobile communications. They are also becoming increasingly popular in stationary retail because of their flexibility.
SoftPOS is a special form, turning ordinary smartphones and tablets into card terminals.
